The Berrien County Development Authority has recently purchased 175 acres for a new industrial park. The North Berrien Industrial Park will be located on US 82 outside of Enigma, Georgia.
Currently, there are 160 available acres. The largest tract is 44 acres is size.
Through partnerships with the Berrien County Board of Commissioners we are your central point of contact and one-stop-shopping source. Our office can assist with project financing, grant funding opportunities, and project incentives.
